What This Platform Does

AI Media 10 / Business Directory 10 is an online platform that combines a business directory with member profiles, social features, and a community rideshare service. Members can create a profile, browse and connect with local businesses, communicate with other members, and participate in the community rideshare network as either a passenger requesting rides or a driver offering them.

Some features are free to all members. Optional paid features include a monthly membership subscription that unlocks additional platform benefits, and payment processing for completed rideshare trips between passengers and drivers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Membership subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur after cancellation.
• Rideshare trip payments are charged for completed rides. If you believe you were charged in error, or a ride did not occur as described, contact us at multiplexpages@gmail.com and we will review the transaction.
• Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Refund timing after approval depends on your bank or card issuer and can typically take several business days to appear.
• To cancel a subscription or dispute a charge, email us at the address above with your account details and a description of the issue.

Membership / Subscription Terms

The platform offers an optional monthly membership subscription priced at $1.99 per month. The subscription automatically renews every month unless canceled. Membership benefits begin as soon as your first payment is successfully processed. You may cancel at any time from your member dashboard or by contacting multiplexpages@gmail.com; your membership benefits remain active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and no further charges will be made after that.

Driver & Passenger Platform Explanation

The rideshare feature connects passengers who request rides with drivers who offer them. To help maintain safety and trust on the platform, new drivers may need to complete an account approval process before their driver profile is fully active. Drivers must also complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts for completed rides; certain driver features may be limited until this onboarding is complete. Some platform features may depend on a member's current verification or approval status.

Website Security & Payments

This website is served over secure HTTPS connections. All payment processing — including membership subscriptions and rideshare trip payments — is handled through Stripe, a widely used third-party payment processor. We do not store raw card information on our servers.
