ZipRecruiter helps us connect with new applicants quickly, while our own application, Virtual Interview, and orientation process ensures that serious candidates move smoothly into our agent platform.
How the process works
- Candidates may start by applying on ZipRecruiter.
- We then invite them to complete the Agency Network application form on our website and complete the Virtual Interview.
- Once those steps are complete, we invite candidates to begin orientation.
